We are bummed things didn't work out for you the way you expected. Worry not, you have 14 calendar days to return an item starting from the date you received it.
Fine Print: All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for free returns. Sale items may be returned for store credit. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns on sale items.
If you have received a faulty item: We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Let us fix this for you asap! All you have to do is send us an email with the following information:-
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault. The product name can be found on your order confirmation email. If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.
- Contact us immediately to initiate the return with your order number, product name and the reason for return.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
- Cover your address label with the new address label you will receive from our carrier DHL or Canada Post.
- Please wait for our further instructions on shipping back the item. Full priced items are eligible for FREE returns which means we cover the cost of shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will get a notification from us of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for them to process and officially post the refund.

We’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with our labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area after we have received your returned item.
Please note the shipping cost is only covered by EDITED BY SOFIA on full priced items. Otherwise, we are happy to reimburse you on cost of shipping in form of store credit.
